A letter was sent to members of the Fon Du Lac Chamber of Commerce to ask for donations to the Bud Panko Memorial Fund.  Members who donate may be listed on this page.   All donations of $250 or more will receive an receipt from the bank.

Dear Corporate Representative:

The friends and family of Bud Panko wish to offer you the opportunity to
make a boy's dream come true by giving a donation to the Bud Panko Memorial
Fund to build a gymnasium at his school. To learn more about Bud and the
fund refer to the enclosed poster and visit the web site at
www.bud.faithweb.com.

Bud attended St. Paul's Lutheran School on Hwy 23 in the town of Forest.
Like Bud, many children excel in a small school with smaller class size and
caring Christian teachers. Moral values are emphasized and practiced. Bud
loved his school, but his biggest dream was to have a gymnasium so they
could have more sports programs. The Bud Panko Memorial was established to
raise money for the gym and also to touch as many lives as possible. We
hope that through the memorial and the web site many people will take a
moment to realize what a precious gift their children are and be reminded
to evaluate their priorities in life.

Surrounding communities have come together to raise $67,500 as of December
1, 1999. The goal is to raise approximately $150,000 to $200,000 before
ground breaking. A gift to the Bud Fund will be an investment in the
future of local children. 100% of every dollar donated will be used for
the construction of the gymnasium. Visiting the web site will allow you to
follow our progress with the fund and the building process. We hope you
